Heat of Compression Dryers 420/3,680 m3/hr, 250-2,165 cfm

Heat of compression (HOC) dryers feature dual tower desiccant design technology and the most energy efficient design available for oil-free applications. HOC dryers recover heat that is a natural byproduct of the compression process to offset virtually all electrical costs except for those of operating the controller, which are equivalent to the negligible cost of turning on a light bulb. This dryer can provide instrument quality air as well as optional high quality air with a pressure dew point of -40°C (-40°F) at operating costs far below those of typical desiccant dryer designs.

  • Maximum energy efficiency: HOC dryers use the heat already generated by the air compression process, which would normally be considered waste, making them the most energy efficient desiccant dryers on the market.
