Email Signatures

To add an Ingersoll Rand banner/link to your Mircosoft Outlook email signature, please follow these instructions for any of the banner/link options provided below:

Right-click on 'Download Image' under your banner of choice below

Select 'Save as...' to save image

Save the image in a convenient location that you'll remember

In Outlook, click 'Tools' from the toolbar at the top (while in “Inbox”)

Click 'Options'

Click 'Mail Format' tab

Click 'Signatures' button

Once on email signature edit screen, place cursor in email signature in desired location of Ingersoll Rand banner

Click the picture icon/button to open file browser to select an image

Select this image that you just saved to insert in the email signature

Return to this page and copy the URL from 'Link URL' under your banner of choice

Return to Outlook where you're editing your email signature

Click on the image you just inserted

Click the hyperlink icon/button

Paste the Link URL you just copied from this page

Click OK to complete
