Industrial Internal Gear Pumps Designed for Demanding Applications

LubeTech pumps are based on the principle of the internal gear mechanism:

  • The medium enters the pump through a vacuum created by the rotation of the gear wheels.
  • The liquid fills the space between the teeth of the rotor and the external gear element (idler), moving along the casing.
  • The liquid is transported around from the suction side to the discharge side, where it is pushed out under pressure.
  • A distinctive feature of these pumps is the "crescent" element separating the suction and discharge chambers—increasing efficiency and minimizing pulsations.

Advantages:

  • Low flow pulsations
  • Self-priming
  • Reversing Feature
Capability to operate in both directions (L & C versions)
Reversing Feature
When Shaft Rotation Changes the Idler Carrier Automatically Rotates 180°and Changes the Direction of Flow internally. (L and C Series)

Applications: OEM: specialized machinery, compressors, pumps in automation systems, power industry, oil circulation systems in generators.

IRP C Series

CC Series – Compact and Ready to Mount

The CC series, also known as close-coupled pumps, are mounted directly to NEMA motors without the need for additional accessories. With their compact design, they are an ideal solution for applications where mounting space is limited. The CC model also serves as a "drop-in replacement" for popular models – enabling straightforward upgrades of existing installations.

  • Pressure: Up to 6,9 bar / 100 psi
  • Viscosity (cSt.): Up to 2200
  • Temperature: Up to 190°C / 374°F

Applications: Transfer of oils and lubricants in OEM machinery, service applications, upgrading existing installations

IRP CC Series

L Series – Compact and Versatile

The L series pumps are compact internal gear pumps designed for precision lubrication, fluid transfer, and oil circulation applications. The "U-shape" design allows the pump to maintain a flooded state, which promotes immediate start-up and reliable medium delivery. Made of grey cast iron, they offer durability even in harsh industrial conditions.

  • Flow rate: 49 / 318 lpm – 12 / 84 gpm
  • Pressure: Up to 20,7 bar / 3000 psi
  • Viscosity (cSt.): Up to 5390
  • Temperature: Up to 190°C / 374°F

Applications: Lubrication systems for compressors and turbines, transfer of diesel oil, pre-lube systems in industrial machines..
