What Is the Warranty or Service process for Ingersoll Rand Reciprocating Gas or Diesel Driven Air Compressors?

Ingersoll Rand warrants that the equipment manufactured by it and delivered hereunder will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of placing the equipment in operation or eighteen months from the date of shipment from the factory, which ever shall first occur. 

Accessories or equipment furnished by the company, but manufactured by others, shall carry whatever warranty the manufacturers have conveyed to the Company, and which can be passed onto the purchaser.  

For gas and diesel powered reciprocating compressors, the Ingersoll Rand warranty covers all parts except the gasoline or diesel engine.    

The OEM engine manufacturer (i.e. - Honda, Kohler, etc.) has their own warranty and service providers that handle the warranty repairs for their engines.
