Saver Lock Valves

The Ingersoll Rand Saver Lock Valves (SLVs) provide a simple solution to compressed air losses from compressed air outlets, receiver tanks, or other compressed air storage mediums. Designed to shut off sections of the compressed air system when not in use, the SLV ensures that compressed air already produced does not escape into the atmosphere. Limiting compressed air losses increases overall system efficiency, reduces maintenance needs, and extends compressor system lifetime to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

Features

Compressed air losses are a common occurrence in compressed air systems and result in operating compressors at full loads for longer periods of time, increased compressor system maintenance requirements, and higher energy bills. Saver Lock Valves prevent unwanted compressed air losses. Installing Saver Lock Valves provide the following benefits:

  • Decreased Energy Use: Installation ensures compressed air doesn't escape into the atmosphere from compressed air storage tanks, piping, and air outlets, and allows you to reduce run time of compressed air equipment and lower energy usage for your operations
  • Reduced Maintenance Requirements: Conserving compressed air prevents the need for overproduction, which reduces wear and tear on compressed air equipment, protects your investment, and reduces overall system maintenance needs
  • Enhanced Reliability: Back-up battery and manual valve opening/closing operation ensure you have compressed air when you need it, even in the event of a power failure
  • Simple and Serviceable: Compact design is easy to install and maintain
